OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 1412/TCT-CS DATED 25 APRIL 2014 OF GDT IN GUIDANCE OF EXPORT INVOICES
According to Official letter No.1412/TCT-CS:
· From 01 March 2014, enterprises, business organizations issued export invoices if they need they can continue to use export invoices.
· From 01 June 2014, tax authority does not receive Notifications of export invoice issuance.
· For the issued export invoices before 01 June 2014, enterprises, business organizations register the unused and existing quantities of export invoices submitted to tax authority in charge with the latest date of 31 July 2014 to continue for use.
